Having ordered custom product from people all over the country, aside from the excellent quality work, you actually get it right away and are not waiting 4-6 weeks or 8-12 weeks (typical for many vendors). Plain and simple, I'm talking a couple days not weeks; it takes the frustration out of the buying experience. To the extent we all pay for service in advance, I have stopped placing orders with vendors that that tell me they need 2 or 3 months. That does not mean they are good and have a lot of orders, it means they cannot service their business.

I would also like to emphasize this company is responsive and pays careful attention to details so that its customers get top flight service. I get quick answers when a question arises, their website actually functions pretty good so I am not faced with chronic problems, and unlike other vendors I have used, what they show on their website is actually available.

Lastly, I am also finding in my orders that I get incredible value, that is, the price I pay for my custom orders is fair and more competitive than other shops for similar products. They build what I want and I appreciate quality craftsmanship.

In sum and substance, these guys are AOK and have no hesitation in recommending them to the public at large; not something I usually do.
